I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with experience working with clients who suffer from anxiety, depression, trauma, betrayal trauma, chronic grief, chronic PTSD, bi-polar, chronic pain, developmental disabilities, educational problems and substance abuse.

My main theoretical approaches are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, and Person Centered.

I have worked in an outpatient mental health clinic assisting families who are in the reunification process of CPS cases and children who are in foster care as well as parents who are obtaining services in order to reunite with their children.

I have worked with couples and families to build better communication skills and strengthen the family unit. I also have worked in a residential women’s treatment center for substance abuse, providing individual and group therapy and EMDR therapy.
