Hello! My name is Kylie Apostle Schneider, and I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW#120255). As a dedicated social worker and therapist, I am passionate about empoweringindividuals to navigate life's challenges and cultivate positive change. With a foundation built onperson-centered, solution-based, and strengths-based therapeutic styles, I tailor my approachto meet the unique needs of each client.

Therapeutic Styles:

Person-Centered: I believe in the power of empathy, active listening, and creating a non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings.

Solution-Based: Focused on collaboratively identifying and implementing practical solutions, I work with clients to develop strategies that promote positive change and goal attainment.

Strengths-Based: Recognizing and enhancing individual strengths, I guide clients in harnessing their capabilities to overcome challenges and achieve personal growth.

Techniques:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Integrating thought and behavior patterns, CBT helps clients identify and modify negative thinking to foster healthier habits and coping mechanisms.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT): Grounded in mindfulness and acceptance, DBT assists individuals in developing emotional regulation and interpersonal effectiveness skills.

Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT): Specializing in trauma, CPT aids clients in understanding and reframing traumatic experiences, fostering healing and resilience.

Motivational Interviewing (MI): By exploring and resolving ambivalence, MI supports clients in making positive behavioral changes, particularly in the realm of substance abuse and addiction.

Areas of Expertise:

With a wealth of knowledge in trauma, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, addiction, stress, unhealthy/toxic relationships, and codependency, I am committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate support. My goal is to collaboratively navigate these challenges, promoting personal well-being and fostering lasting change.

By choosing to embark on a therapeutic journey with me, clients can expect a safe and judgment-free space where their unique strengths and resilience are celebrated, and transformation is nurtured.
