Are you grieving the loss of a loved one or feeling lost after a life changing event? Experiencing depression and anxiety but not sure where to turn? My name is Catherine Meneses and I would be honored to join you on your journey of healing and self-discovery. I understand that change is different for every individual and aim to meet my clients where they are at. I have worked with cancer patients and their families and have experience with grief, loss, medical trauma, anxiety, depression, adjustment and issues related to life transitions. I use a person-centered approach and collaborate with my clients to develop a treatment plan that works best for them. I advocate for my clients’ needs and provide a judgment-free space to allow them to process their difficulties and develop helpful coping skills.
